SimchaKit is the all-in-one planning hub for B'nei Mitzvot, weddings, and every Jewish lifecycle celebration. Guests, budgets, vendors, seating, and tasks: all in one place.
Not a generic event app — built specifically for simchas.
You're planning one of the most meaningful events of your family's life. And somehow you're managing it across three spreadsheets, a stack of sticky notes, a group text that won't stop, and a folder full of vendor emails you can't find when you need them.
You're tracking who got an invitation and who still hasn't RSVPed. You're trying to build a seating chart that keeps the right people together and the wrong people apart. You're chasing down sweatshirt sizes and kippah counts. You're juggling deposits, contracts, and payment deadlines across a dozen vendors.
There's a better way.
From first save-the-date to final thank-you note, SimchaKit keeps every detail organized and accessible.
Track households, individuals, and RSVPs across every sub-event. Manage dietary needs, formal names for invitations, and addresses. Import your list from a CSV and export when it's time to send to your invitation vendor.
Store vendor contacts, contracts, and payment schedules in one place. Track deposits, balances, and due dates. Monitor expenses by category with a built-in gratuity calculator for service staff.
Manage your full to-do list with due dates, categories, and completion tracking. Log gifts as they arrive and track thank-you notes so nothing falls through the cracks between now and your simcha.
Build your seating chart, assign guests to tables, and let Auto-Seat handle the gaps. Manage ceremony roles, access vendor contacts on the fly, and switch to Day-of Mode when it's time to celebrate.

SimchaKit was built by Ryan Brook of Brook Creative LLC. While planning his own family's bat mitzvah, Ryan found himself managing guests, vendors, budgets, and seating charts across six spreadsheets, a dedicated email folder, and too many sticky notes. He built SimchaKit to replace the chaos with one organized system, and kept building because every Jewish family planning a simcha potentially faces the same problem.
SimchaKit is actively used to plan a real bat mitzvah. Every feature exists because it was needed.
